MLB.com has reported who would play who if there is a tie for a playoff spot as the result of a coin flip by the commissioners office.

The Mets playing in Philadelphia if there is a tie. Hmm...While the Mets traditionally play well at Citizens Bank Park, I dont think they want to even think or know about a scenario if there is a tie. Hopefully the tiebreaker scenario wont need to even come close to happening
